Lettings Negotiator & Marketeer
- Generate and nurture all leads to ultimately convert to Lets.
- Respond to all enquiries swiftly, conduct viewings, follow up, build tenant repour and hit set targets.
- Create Social Media & Marketing content of value and on brand.
- Office – Answering the phone, taking enquiries and passing on to relevant person. Setting up office (music on, TV on), ensure the office is clean and presentable, greet everyone with a smile.
- Assist the wider-team on ad-hoc tasks/projects.
- Expenses - Ensure all expenses and VAT receipts are logged and filed on time.
- Able to drive with a full UK driving licence a must
Job Type:
Type: Permanent - Full Time (5 days a week – Mon to Fri) 9am to 5.30pm
Holiday: 28 Days Paid leave *No holiday’s can be taken between 15th August – 15th September (busiest and crucial time for the business).
Job Location: Gillingham office
Requirements: Able to drive with a full UK driving licence and own car a must
Pay: £19,000 to £21,000 depending on experience with opportunity to earn more with Bonus structure
Team Intern

Pay: £17,000 with opportunity to earn more with Bonus structure
